摘要
利用微波技术制备无有机溶剂残留的固体分散体.以布洛芬为模型药物,聚乙烯吡咯烷酮为载体,采用微波照射法制备布洛芬固体分散体,利用体外溶出度试验,傅里叶变换红外光谱法和扫描电镜进行验证.结果表明以微波照射法制备的布洛芬固体分散体能够显著提高其体外溶出度,120min内布洛芬的累积溶出度可达94%.通过扫描电镜观察及红外光谱对固体分散体进行测定发现:经微波照射后发生强烈的聚集,应该存在着药物-聚合物的相互作用,使布洛芬以非晶形状态或分子态分散在载体中.该方法符合设计要求,且制备方法简便可行.
Solid dispersion without organic solvent was prepared by microwave irradiation. U- sing ibuprofen as model drug, Ibuprofen solid dispersion with PVP - K30 as carriers was pre- pared by microwave irradiation. Its preparate conditions were determined by dissolution ex- periment in vitro, fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FFIR) and scanning electron mi- croscope (SEM). The solid dispersion with PVP- K30 as carriers can significantly improve dissolubility of ibuprofen in vitro. The accumulative dissolution of ibuprofen reached 94% in 120 minutes. By scanning electron microscopy and infrared spectroscopy, it is found that sol- id dispersion gathered strongly radiated by microwave, in which should be drugs -polymer interactions. Ibuprofen dispersed in the carrier with an amorphous state or molecules. This method conformed to the design requirements with simple and feasible preparation. Obvious- ly, microwave technology could be used as a new method to prepare solid dispersion.
