污泥龄对膜生物反应器膜污染的研究 被引量:1

Study on SRT effect on membrane fouling in membrane bioreactor

摘要 膜生物反应器在SRT为15、30、60 d运行条件下对COD的去除率都在95%左右,30 d和60 d的反应器出水NH4+—N质量浓度达到国家城镇污水处理厂水污染物排放一级标准;SRT=30 d的反应器在运行前20天TMP都在30 kPa以下,运行效果较好;通过SEM观察膜丝表面形态SRT为30 d的膜丝膜污染程度比较小,膜丝没有完全被泥饼层覆盖. COD removal efficiency of membrane biological reactor in SRT was about 95% in operating conditions 15, 30, 60 d. NH4 +-N concentration was reached to water pollutants emission standard of the national urban sewage treatment factory. At SRT = 30 d, membrane bioreactor was in normal operation before 20 days, and TMP was below 30 kPa. The surface morphology of membrane was observed by SEM. The result showed that the membrane fiber pollution was at relatively low level after SRT 30 d and the wire was not completely covered by the mud cake layer.
