现有的路边停车收费主要通过咪表进行收费,然而咪表并不能很好地解决路边停车收费问题.考虑一种新的路边停车收费模式,此种路边停车收费模式包括自动收费和人工收费,其中自动收费为主,人工收费为辅.自动收费是建立在专用短程通讯的基础上,通过路侧设备与车载单元的通信来完成.采用此路边停车收费模式,有利于提高路边停车场的利用率,减少违规停车和停车不缴费的现象发生.

This paper discussed on a new charge mode of curb parking, the charge mode of curb parking includes the automatic charge and the artificial charge, the automatic charge as the main, the artificial charge as the secondary. The automatic charge, based on the dedica- ted short range communication, used communications between road side unit and on board u- nit to achieve. The charge mode of curb parking of this paper could help improve the utiliza- tion rate of curb parking, reduce the phenomenon of illegal parking and no charge parking.
