摘要 目的:探讨低剂量MSCT扫描在泌尿系结石诊断中的应用价值。材料与方法:对35例临床疑泌尿系结石就诊及既往有泌尿系结石复查的患者在知情同意情况下行常规剂量条件扫描后加做低剂量参数同层扫描。常规剂量组采用120KV,215MA,低剂量组采用管电流80MA,其他扫描参数与常规剂量组相同。记录放射剂量指标CTDIVOI及患者体重指数(BMI),并测量图像的客观噪声值。由3位高年资医师采用双盲法读片进行影像诊断和图像质量主观评分。结果:低剂量组与常规剂量组比较,放射剂量指标CTDIVOI减少61.97%,结石检出率达到100%,图像质量方面,尽管图像的噪声值有所升高,但所有图像仍然符合诊断要求。结论:多层螺旋CT低剂量扫描能满足泌尿系结石的诊断,且明显降低患者的辐射剂量,值得推广应用。 Purpose: Effect of low dose MSCT scanning in urinary calculi diagnosis application value. Materials and Methods: In 35 patients with clinically suspected urinary stone treatment and previous urinary calculi after patients in in- formed consent circumstance conditions after conventional dose scanning combined with low dose scanning parameters in same layer~ Conventional dose group with 120KV, 215MA, low dose group with tube current 80MA, other scanning parameters with conventional dose group with the same. recording radiation dose index CTDIVOI and body mass index ( BMI ), and measure- ment of the objective image noise value. and the measurement of the objective image noise value. By 3 senior physicians by double blind method reading for diagnostic imaging and image quality of subjective scoring. Results: Low dose group and conventional dose group, Radiation dose reduction index CTDIVOI 61. 97% , Stone detection rate reached 100% ,, Image quality, although the image noise values increased, but all images are still compatible with the diagnosis of requirements. Conclusion : low - dose multilayer spiral CT scanning can meet the diagnosis of urinary calculi, and significantly lower patient radiation dose, it is worthy of popularization and application.
