摘要
目的 :研究细胞色素 p45 0 2C19基因多态性与胃癌易感性的关系。 方法 :用PCR RFLP法对 10 0例健康对照者和 5 0例胃癌患者进行CYP 2C19等位基因多态性分组分析。结果 :胃癌患者中CYP 2C19PM发生率为2 8.0 % ,较正常对照组的 14.0 %高 ,经统计 ,两组间有显著性差异 (χ2 =4.30 ,P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :CYP 2C19PM增加了胃癌发生的危险性 ,实验结果提示CYP 2C19参与了胃癌致癌物的灭活。
Objective:To study the relationship between cytochrome p450(CYP 2C19) genetic polymorphism and gastric cancer susceptibility.Method:The polymorphism of CYP 2C19 gene in 100 healthly controls and 50 gastric cancer patients were investigated by polymerase chain reaction restriction fragment length polymorphism.Results:The frequency of CYP 2C19 PM in gastric cancer was 28.0%, which was higher than that of controls 14.0%.Statistric results showed a very significant difference(χ 2=4.30, P <0.05).Conclusion:CYP 2C19 PM may increase the risk of gastric cancer. This result suggests that CYP 2C19 be involved in the inactivation of carcinogen of gastric cancer.
