摘要 目的 :CyclinE蛋白在细胞周期的G1晚期起作用 ,加速G1-S期转化 ,与人类肿瘤有关。本研究探讨CyclinE蛋白在胃癌的意义。 方法 :免疫组化S -P法测定胃癌石蜡切片中CyclinE蛋白的异常表达。 结果 :CyclinE在胃癌中表达 6 1.6 7% (37/ 6 0 ) ,与癌旁组织 2 5 .81% (8/ 31)相比有显著差异 (P <0 .0 5 )。CyclinE表达与组织病理分化程度呈负相关 ,分化差的胃癌组织CyclinE蛋白表达强 ;CyclinE与肿瘤侵袭、淋巴结转移、远处转移无明显关系。结论 :CyclinE蛋白与胃癌发生有关 ,与胃癌进展无关。 Objective:Cyclin E protein acts in cell cycle of G 1 to S transition in human cancer.The aim of this study is to investigate the significance of Cyclin E protein expression in gastric cancer.Methods:Abnormal expression of cyclin E protein was studied on paraffine-embeded sections of gastric cancer by means of a specific and sensitive immunohistochemical SP assay.Results:The positive rate of cyclin E protein expression was 61.67%(37/60) in gastric cancers which showed a significant difference from those of normal tissues adjacent to tumors(p<0.05)。It showed a negative correlation with histologic differentiation.Gastric cancers with poor differentiation showed a bias toward an increase of cyclin E expression and it was not related to the invasion of tumor,lymph node or distant metastases.Conclusion:Cyclin E is involved in the genesis of gastric cancer and does not contribute to advance of the tumor.Cyclin E protein is a potential prognostic marker for gastric cancer.
