摘要
目的 探讨肿瘤科护士在工作中的内心真实感受,以便发现影响肿瘤科护士职业稳定性的因素,做好临床护理工作.方法 采用质性研究方法,以半结构式的开放性访谈问卷对16位三级甲等医院肿瘤科护士进行个体化的深入访谈,使用定性资料的内容分析法进行资料分析.结果 不想调离肿瘤科的因素有:工作环境和流程熟悉、防护措施到位、同事关系融洽、目前还不想要孩子、担心不适应新科室;影响综合医院肿瘤科护士职业稳定性的因素有:药物的损害、工作环境、工作劳累、和同事的关系不和谐、没有特殊待遇等.结论 应针对护士职业不稳定因素,制定相应的措施,使护士能够安心工作,服务于患者.
Objective To discuss oncology nurses' true feelings and working experience, so asto investigate the influencing factors of their occupational stability and clinical nursing quality. Methods Qualitative research methods were adopted and semi-structured open-ended questionnaire was used to conduct individual in-depth interviews with 16 oncology nurses from Level 3 of class hospital, and analysis methods of qualitative contents were used for data analysis. Results Reasons for not wanting leave Oncology Department included: working environment, familiarity with the working process, good protective measures, harmonic colleague relationship, not wanting children for now and worries about not adapting to the new department. The influencing factors of oncology nurses' occupational stability included: drug damage, working environment, hard work, bad colleague relationship, no special treatment and so on. Conclusions Corresponding measures should be taken according to the influencing factors of nurses' instability, so that nurses can work for the patients without concerns.
