人文护理对压疮高危人群预防依从性的影响

Effect of humanistic nursing on prevention compliance of patients with high risk of pressure ulcer

目的探讨以患者需求为导向的人文护理对压疮高危人群预防措施依从性的影响。方法将773例压疮高危患者随机分为两组，对照组406例实施压疮常规护理方法，实验组367例在常规护理的基础上，实施以患者需求为导向的人文护理。比较两组患者预防压疮依从性、患者对护士满意度以及压疮的发生率。结果实验组患者完全依从率为85．6％，对照组为55．9％，两组比较差异有统计学意义（x2=84．71，P〈0．01）；实验组患者对护士满意度为95．6％，对照组为81．5％，两组比较差异有统计学意义（x2=36．97，P〈0．01）；实验组压疮发生率为0．8％，对照组为3．0％，两组比较差异有统计学意义（x2=4．63，P〈0．05）。结论以患者需求为导向的人文护理对提高压疮高危人群的预防依从性具有较好的作用。

Objective To discuss the effect of patient-demand-oriented humanistic nursing on prevention compliance of patients with high risk of pressure ulcer. Methods Totals of 773 cases of patients with high risk of pressure ulcer were randomly divided into two groups. The control group, with 406 cases, received conventional nursing method, while the experiment group, with 367 cases, received patient-demand-oriented humanistic nursing in addition. Prevention compliance, patients＇ satisfaction and incidence rate of pressure ulcer were compared between two groups. Results Prevention compliance rate was 85.6% in the experiment group and 55.9% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant （ X2 = 84.71, P 〈 0.01 ）. Patients＇ satisfaction rate was 95.6% in the experiment group and 81.5% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant （ x2 = 36.97, P 〈 0. O1 ）. Incidence rate of pressure ulcer was O. 8% inthe experiment group and 3.0% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant （ X2 = 4.63, P 〈 O. 05 ）. Conclusions Patient-demand-oriented humanistic nursing plays an important role to improve the prevention compliance of patients with high risk of pressure ulcer.
