摘要
目的观察超声振荡器的使用对口腔科手机消毒效果的影响。方法将50支同型号口腔科手机随机分为高压真空消毒组及超声振荡器清洗+高压真空消毒组各25支,比较两组手机细菌培养阳性率、潜血阳性率及手机损坏率。结果高压真空消毒组细菌培养阳性率与潜血阳性率分别为64.0%,84.0%,均高于超声振荡器清洗+高压真空消毒组的28.0%,48.0%,差异均有统计学意义(x2分别为7.076,7.219;P〈0.05);高压真空消毒组与超声振荡器清洗+高压真空消毒组手机故障率分别为36.0%和44.0%,差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。结论超声振荡器能明显提高口腔科手机清洁程度及灭菌效果,而对手机损坏率无明显影响。
Objective To observe the effect of ultrasonic oscillator on dental handpiece sterilization Methods Totals of 50 dental handpiece of the same type were randomly divided into two groups: the highvoltage vacuum disinfection group (Group A) and the ultrasonic oscillator cleaning with high-voltage vacuum disinfection ( Group B) , each with 25 handpiece. Positive rate of bacteria culture, occult blood and the failure rate of handpiece were compared between two groups. Results The positive rate of bacteria culture and occult blood was 64% and 84% in Group A, both of which were higher than that in Group B (28% and 48% ) , and the differences were statistically significant ( x2 = 7. 076,7. 219, respectively; P 〈 0.05 ). The failure rate in Group A and Group B was respectively 36% and 44%, and there was no statistically significant difference ( P 〉 0.05). Conclusions Ultrasonic oscillator can effectively improve the effect of cleanness and sterilization with no significant impact on the failure rate of handpiece.
