骶神经电刺激治疗功能性肛门直肠痛的疗效观察

Sacral Nerve Electrical Stimulation in the Treament of Functional Anorectal Pain：Therapeutic Effect Observation

为探讨骶神经电刺激（SNES）治疗功能性肛门直肠痛（FARP）的临床疗效，对32例FARP患者给予SNES治疗，隔日治疗1次，治疗5次为一疗程。结果显示，经1个疗程SNES治疗，治愈19例，显效7例，有效5例，无效1例，总有效率为96．9％。结果表明，SNES治疗FARP疗效确切。

In order to explore the therapeutic effect of sacral nerve electrical stimulation （SNES） for trea- ting functional anorectal pain （FARP）, 32 patients with FARP received SNES therapy, 1 time/2 days, 5 times as a treatment course. As results,after one treatment course 19 cases were cured,7 excellent effect,5 response, 1 was of non-response, so the total effective rate was 96.9 %. Results show that SNES for FARP has certain therapeutic effect.
