吻合器痔上黏膜环切术治疗直肠前突的疗效观察

PPH in the Treatment of Rectocele：Therapeutic Effect Observation

为探讨吻合器痔上黏膜环切术（PPH）治疗直肠前突的疗效及安全性，对50例直肠前突患者采用PPH治疗。结果显示，50例患者中，治愈34例（68．0％），显效10例（20．0％），有效4例（8．0％），无效2例（4．0％），总有效率为96．0％。术后均无肛管直肠狭窄、肛门直肠脓肿和直肠阴道瘘等并发症及后遗症。结果表明，PPH治疗直肠前突安全、有效，且操作简便、创伤小、术后并发症少、患者恢复快。

In order to investigate the curative effect and safety of PPH for treating rectocele, author ob- served the outcome of 50 cases of rectocele who had been subject to PPH. As results,34 cases were cured, account for 68.0%;excellent response was achived in 10 cases,account for 20.0% ;4 cases were of response （8.0%） ;2 cases were of non-response（4.0%） ,so that the total effective rate was 96.0%. After operation no complication such as anorectal stenosis,abscess and rectovaginal fistula etc,as well any sequel occured. Results show that PPH for treating rectocele is safe,effective,and of simple manipulation,less trauma and less complication,and patients can lastly be recovered.
