肛门病术后应用多功能熏洗机行中药液熏洗的疗效观察

Therapeutic Effects of Chinese Drugs Fuming ＆ Washing by Using Multi-function Fuming ＆ Washing Apparatus after the Operation for Anal Diseases

为观察肛门病术后应用多功能熏洗机行中药液熏洗的疗效，将80例肛门病术后患者随机分为观察组和对照组，各40例，观察组术后应用多功能熏洗机进行自拟中药液熏洗，对照组术后予痔痛安搽剂溶液熏洗，对比两组患者术后创面疼痛、出血、水肿程度和患者舒适满意度。结果显示，观察组创面疼痛、出血、水肿程度均明显轻于对照组，而且患者舒适满意度明显高于对照组，P〈0．05。结果表明，肛门病术后应用多功能熏洗机行自拟中药液熏洗，可减轻患者疼痛、出血、水肿等并发症，促进创面愈合，提高患者满意度。

In order to observe the curative effect of Chinese drugs fuming ＆ washing by using multi-func- tion fuming ＆ washing apparatus after the operation for anal diseases,author divided randomly 80 patients to be subject to operation for their anal diseases into observation group and control group,40 cases each group ＆ After operation,observation group received above fuming ＆ washing,while control group was given with Ancha agents solution fuming ＆ washing for hemorrhoids pain; then compared the postoperative wound pain extents,bleeding and edema,and comfort ＆ satisfaction degree of patients. As results,above symptoms of observation group were all milder than that of control group （ P 〈0.05）, so the degree of comfort ＆ satisfaction was higher（ P %0.05）. Results show that by using apparatus for Chinese drugs fu- ming ＆ washing can reduce pain, bleeding and edema, etc complications, so that promote wound healing, lift the degree of satisfaction.
