Application of Airtraq visual laryngoscope in emergency treatment

目的评价Airtraq可视喉镜在急诊气管插管中的应用效果。方法将84例需进行气管插管的患者分为两组,Airtraq可视喉镜组42例,Macintosh喉镜组42例,分别记录每例患者插管所用时间、插管成功率和插管中口咽与牙齿损伤发生情况。结果 Airtraq喉镜组插管时间(20.5±6.6)s,Macintosh喉镜组(29.7±7.3)s,Airtraq喉镜组插管时间明显少于Macintosh喉镜组(P<0.05);Airtraq喉镜组成功41例,口唇、牙齿、咽部损伤2例,与Macintosh喉镜组成功36例和口唇、牙齿、咽部损伤13例比较,成功率高、并发症发生率明显降低(P<0.05)。结论 Airtraq可视喉镜与普通Macin-tosh喉镜比较,在急诊应用中,能明显减少插管时间,提高成功率,降低并发症。

Objective To evaluate the application effect of Airtraq visual laryngoscope in emergency endotracheal intubation.Methods 84 patients undergoing endotracheal intubation were divided into two groups,the Airtrap visual laryngoscope group（42 cases） and the Macintosh laryngoscope group（42 cases）.The intubation time,success rate of intubation and occurrence of oropharynx and tooth damage during intubation were recorded respectively.Results The intubation time was（20.5±6.6）s in the Airtraq visual laryngoscope group and（29.7±7.3）s in the Macintosh laryngoscope group,the intubation time in the Airtraq visual laryngoscope group was significantly less than that in the Macintosh laryngoscope group（P〈0.05）.In the Airtraq visual laryngoscope group,41 cases were successful and 2 cases had damage in lips,teeth,and pharyngeal,while in the Macintosh laryngoscope group,36 cases were successful and 13 cases had damage in lips,teeth and pharyngeal.The Airtraq visual laryngoscope group had higher successful rate and lower complications rate compared with the Macintosh laryngoscope group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Compared with the ordinary Macintosh laryngoscope,Airtraq visual laryngoscope can significantly reduce the intubation time,increase the success rate and reduce complications in emergency application.
