摘要 抗结核药物缓释材料是近些年骨关节结核治疗领域的新热点,材料在植入骨关节结核病灶内后,作为骨替代物修复骨缺损的同时,能够长时间释放抗结核药物。笔者简要综述了骨关节结核局部药物缓释材料的相关研究进展。 Antituberculosis drug delivery material is a new focus in the field of osteoarticular tuberculosis treatment.The material implanted in osteoarticular tuberculosis lesions can repair the bone defect and release antituberculosis drug in a long time. In this article, the recent progresses in research on drug delivery material in the treatment of osteoarticular tuberculosis have been reviewed.
