摘要
目的:研究微波在治聋中对内耳的作用机制,比较各种辐射强度对内耳及其邻近眼、脑的影响。方法:用LDF、血管纹红细胞计数、AP反应阈测试和电镜等方法,观察辐射后动物的各种生理和病理上的改变。结果:强度小于 1W/cm2时,除起有效作用外,无任何形态学及生理功能上的损害表现,强度大于3W/cm2时则损害明显。结论:微波是一有效的治聋手段,能对内耳起直接的效应作用。
Objective: To study the mechanism of microwave effect in the treatment of deafness and compare the influence of various irradiation intensities on the inner ear and its neighbouring tissues, such as eyes and brain. Methods: By the technics of LDF(laser doppler flowmetry), RBC count of stria vascularis, AP threshold, SEM and TIM, etc, the various physiologic and pathologic changes in post irradiated animals were observed. Results: Under the treatment dose less than 1 W/cm2, it producted the good bio-effect of microwave without any presentation of morphologic and functional damages in tissues mentionned above. Otherwise, the damages would be manifested while the dose was more than 3 W/cm2, Conclusion: Microwave is an effectiveness measure in the treatment of deafness. The direct action on the inner ear might be the mechanism of the effect.
