有氧运动结合中药清脂片对肥胖雌鼠的影响 被引量:5

摘要 本研究通过有氧运动+清脂片(CLT)以及不同剂量CLT干预肥胖,观察对肥胖的影响。方法:用高脂饲料诱发Wistar雌鼠肥胖18周,分组进行不同方式的肥胖干预4周。结果:通过肥胖干预,肥胖鼠体脂和内脏脂肪含量、血清TG、LDL—C浓度和动脉硬化指数(AI)明显下降(P<0.01);HDL-C浓度明显增高(P<0.01)。血清TC水平没有显著性改变(P>0.05)。结论:有氧运动和CLT有明显的减轻肥胖程度、改善血脂的作用,并以有氧运动+大剂量CLT对于肥胖的影响较大。 Objective: The present study intervened obesity by aerobic exercise combined with Chinese herbs complex prescription Cleaning Lipid Tabellae(CLT)and alone different doses CLT respectively, and observed the effects of the different ways on obesity. Methods: The study induced obesity 18 weeks by high fat diet in female Wistar rats, then divided obesity rats into a few groups to intervene the obesity 4 weeks by the different intervention. Results: The result revealed a significant decrease in intervention groups compared with model group in following indexes as body weight, Lee index, retroperitoneal fat pad(RFP) weight, the level of serum triglyceride(TG) and low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL - C ), atherosclerosis index(AI); however, the intervention indicated obvious increase in the level of serum high density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL - C) on obesity rats. The level of serum total cholesterol(TC) revealed less change. Conclusion: These results indicated that the effect of aerobic exercise combined with CLT on obesity should be more efficient than that of alone CLT intervention.
