用于MFC驱动的双极性任意波形驱动器设计

摘要 设计了一种适合于宏纤维复合材料(MFC)等容性负载的双极性,且各极性电压单独可调的高压驱动电源。主电路由两个单极性放大电路构成。通过耦合电桥,实现系统的双极性交流驱动信号输出。采用嵌入式芯片作为主处理器,结合数字合成技术,使得信号波形更纯正。放大电路由运算放大级及基于MOSFET的功率放大级组成,通过电压负反馈形成闭环控制;并通过multisim对其进行了仿真分析。将驱动电源应用于MFC仿生鱼尾。系统工作稳定,取得较好的实验效果。 A bipolar high-voltage drive with each (MFC) is designed. The main circuit is composed drive signal polarity voltage to adjust separately for Macro Fiber Composite of two unipolar amplifier circuit and generates a bipolar AC by coupled bridge. The embedded chip is used as the main processor, and the waveform is more pure by use of digital synthesis technology. The amplifier circuit is constitued by Op-amp stage and power amplification stage based on MOSFET and forms a closed-loop control through voltage negative feedback. The characteristic of the amplifier circuit is simulated using multisim. The good experiment results prove that the driver is reliable for MFC blonic fish tail and the sistem works stably.
