摘要
以PW4077型发动机为研究对象,以发动机原理为基础,使用多元统计学算法,从飞机实时数据QAR(Quick AccessRecorder)入手,深入探索发动机各性能参数之间以及性能参数与环境参数之间的关系,并建立数学模型;借用MATLAB-SIM-ULINK仿真平台实现系统仿真,总结出PW4077型发动机在飞机各个飞行阶段的燃油流量控制规律。从而更好地把握发动机性能,控制燃油流量,节约成本;此研究方法亦可应用于其他型号发动机。
PW4077 engine installed in Boeing 777--200 aircraft as the research object,based on principles of aero-engine and multiple regression analysis method, in-depth analysis QAR ( Quick Access Recorder) data, the model of the relationship between performance parameters and environmental parameters was established. Then sim- ulated on MATLAB-SIMULINK. At last fuel flow control law for PW4077 engine in every flight phase was concluded. It' s helpful to understand engine performance and control fuel flow more accurately. This method can al- so be used in other type of engines.
