早搏灵治疗过早搏动82例临床及实验研究

Clinical and Experimental Studies on Treatment of 82 Cases of Premature Beat with Zao Bo Ling

应用早搏灵治疗过早搏动(简称早搏)82例,同时与用心律平和异搏定两组作对照观察,并进行动物实验。结果表明,治疗组用药后不仅有效地控制早搏,使心悸、胸闷等症状明显缓解,而且可治疗严重心衰并发的早搏,且无毒副作用,总有效率为78.0％,与心律平组比较差异有显著性(P<0.05)。提示早搏灵对早搏的疗效可靠。动物实验亦证实,早搏灵具有增强心肌收缩力的作用。

Zao Bo Ling was adopted for treatment of 82 cases of premature beat (treatment group) and Rythmol and Isoptin were used as control groups. At same time, animal experiment was carried out. Results showed that premature beat was effectively controled and palpitation, chest distress and other symptoms were relieved obviously in the treatment group. Zao Bo Ling also could treat severe heart failure and did not have toxic side - effects. The total effective rate was 78. 0% with significant difference as compared with that of the Rythmol group and the Isoptin group respectively (P<0. 05), and the animal experiment proved that it could strengthen myocardial contractive power. It is suggested that Zao Bo Ling has reliable therapeutic effect for premature beat.
