摘要
不同模态的医学图像经过融合可以提供丰富的诊断信息,进行有效便捷的多模态三维融合方法成为研究的热点。提出了一种基于灰度差的PET/CT三维融合算法。沿视线方向,根据PET和CT数据中采样点灰度值的变化,计算其对成像平面的贡献和融合权重;然后根据融合权重生成该采样点的光学信息,进行光线合成。实验结果表明,本文方法的人机交互简便,PET/CT三维融合后的渲染结果中可疑病灶组织与正常组织有较好的对比度。基于灰度差的PET/CT三维融合算法不需要构建额外的转换函数,能够互补PET/CT数据各自的优势进行三维融合。
The fusion image, which from different modal medical data, can provide a wealth of diagnostic infor- mation. Multi-modal 3D fusion is becoming a research hotspot. A new PET/CT 3D fusion method based on intensi- ty difference is described. For the present method, along the ray direction, according to the intensity change of the sampling points in the PET and CT data, the intensity difference and the fusion weight are calculated. The sampling point' s contribution to the imaging plane are gotten. Then the color and opacity are composited. The experimental results show that the present method could achieve high contrast PET-CT data fusion results with simple human- computer interaction. PET/CT 3D fusion method based on intensity difference can integrate the respective advanta- ges of PET/CT data, without build additional transfer functions.
