摘要 目的:探讨bFGF复合膜对自体神经移植的影响。方法:在自体神经缝接缺损神经处,分别置入含bFGF复合剂的非降解膜和仅含bFGF的非降解膜,并通过组织学和图像分析等方法对免的正中神经缺损后的再生情况进行比较观察。结果:①实验侧再生神经纤维的数量多于对照侧且有显著性差异。②实验侧再生的有髓神经纤维的平均直径大于对照侧,但没有显著性差异。③再生神经纤维的髓鞘较薄、着色较淡,但结构清晰;其中实验侧的比对照侧的形态结构更清楚。④实验侧桥接段的再生神经纤维间的胶原纤维比对照例的少。结论:在自体神经移植处置入含有bFGF复合剂的非降解膜,对缺损神经再生不仅有一定的促进作用,而且其作用明显大于仅含bFGF的非降解膜。 To study the effect of the compound membrane containing bFGF on the autoplastic nerve graft. Methods:The regeneration of the defected nerves were observed by the methods of histology and image analysis.After the median nerve of rabbits were cut off and sewed with nerve bridge which was surrounded by compound membrane containing bFGF and inhibitor of collageous fiber or by the membrane containing only bFGF. Results: ①The amount of regenerative nerve fibers in experimental group is more than that in control group, and the difference is significant. ②The average diameter of regenerative nerve fibers in experimental group is larger than that in control group, but the difference is not significant ③The myelin sheath of regenerative nerve fibers in experimental group is thicker and color-deeper after osmification than that in control group. ④ Amount of connective tissue among the regenerative nerve fibers in experimental group is less than that in control group. Conclusion:The compound membrane containing bFGF can promote the regenration of defected nerve in the nerve bridge.
