骨粒羟基磷灰石加粘合剂植入后骨生长过程的实验研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的:研究以骨粒羟基磷灰石为粉碎性骨折及骨肿瘤切除术后作为骨质缺损的填充和固定应用,提供科学依据。方法:将骨粒羟基磷灰石加粘合剂,填入钻孔后的兔胫骨孔内,每月一次,分四批处死兔子,取出填入处胫骨作组织学切片,观察新生骨形成过程。结果:发现单纯羟基磷灰石填入处的羟基磷灰石周围,形成紧密包裹的骨膜样组织,新生骨细胞不能长入到羟基磷灰石内;而加入骨粒后的羟基磷灰石的材料,能见到新生骨组织长和到羟基磷灰石内,形成网状结构与受体骨组织牢固紧密结合。结论:骨粒羟基磷灰石加粘合剂作为填充材料,能使骨粒吸收,新生骨组织通过被破坏、吸收的骨粒的通道长入新生骨,从而使受体骨组织和羟基磷灰石紧密牢固地结合在一起。 To provide the scientific basis for the filling and repairing of the postoperative bone defect and comminuted fracture. Methods: Hydroxyapatite(HA) combined with bone granules and cement was implanted into the holes of rabbit tibias. The implanted parts of the tibias were observed with tissue slice technique at four monthly stages. Results:Periosteal tissues were formed around the HA implanted area which prevented the filtration of the osteoblast cell.When the bone granule and HA were implanted together, new bone tissue could be found in the HA, forming a network structure and combining tightly with the recipient's bone tissues. Conclusion: When the bone ponies were implanted into the hole of bone with HA together, they can be absorbed and from tunnels. The new bone tissue can develop along the tunnels and form a network,therefore combine with the implanted HA tightly.
