在简述中等城市民营企业发展现状的基础上,以长治市某糖酒公司为例,分析了民营企业财务管理方面的制约因素,探讨了影响中等城市民营企业财务分析的原因,提出了完善中等城市民营企业财务管理的对策。

Based on expounding the current development of private enterprises in medium-sized cities, and taking a certain sugar and wine company in Changzhi City as an example, this paper analyzes some restricting factors existing in financial management of private enterprises, probes into the reasons influencing the financial analysis of private enterprises in medium-sized cities, and puts forward some countermeasures for perfecting the financial management of private enterprises in medium-sized cities.
