摘要
对基层农业科研单位档案管理工作现状及存在的问题进行了分析,结合实际提出了改进基层科研单位档案管理的对策。
This paper analyzes the present situation of and existing problems in the archives management in grass-root agricultural scientific research units, and connecting with the reality, puts forward some countermeasures for improving the archives management in grass-root agricultural scientific research units.
