摘要
以山西大唐国际临汾热电有限责任公司火力发电厂为例,分析了火力发电厂因启动大容量高压电动机及380 V母线切换时的母线电压波动,造成空冷机组空冷岛冷却风机变频器跳闸停运的原因,提出了优化热控逻辑、变频器设置及控制回路改造的整改措施。
Taking the thermal power plant of Shanxi Datang International Linfen Thermal Power Co. , Ltd. As an example, this paper analyzes the reasons of air-cooling island cooler inverter's trip outage caused by the bus voltage fluctuations when the thermal power plant starts up the large-eapaeity and high-voltage motors and switches the 380 V bus, and puts forward a some improvement measures for optimizing the thermal control logic, inverter settings and the control loop' s transformation.
