摘要
对逃生装置的关键技术进行研究,提出了一种液压阻尼式高楼逃生装置的设计方案。根据不同人群的需要,可利用自身体重的不同,该逃生器通过多个液压缸中的液体往复流动提供的阻力,从而达到不同人群以不同的速度稳定下降的目的。在设计过程中,首先利用Pro/E软件建立逃生装置的三维几何模型,然后利用Mathcad对装置中的关键部分进行了计算分析,最后加工制造实验装置,通过现场测试验证设计结果。
By researching the pivotal technology of escape device, a plan of hydraulic pressure damping high-rise buildings pivotal lechnology is proposed. This equipment could achieve the crowd going down satly as the unique speed for the different erowd by using the resistance that come from the constantly flowing liquid that in the hydraulic cylinder, so it could meet the need for the different crowd. The three-dimensional geometric model of escape device is established. The specific part calculated and analyzed by Mathcad. The experimental device is produced and tested in the fieht.
