砂带深磨加工磨削热分布研究

摘要 砂带深磨加工工艺是常用的高效磨削加工方式,但容易产生较高的磨削温度。磨削温度是影响磨削加工质量的重要参数,确定砂带深磨过程中磨削热分布变化十分重要。采用试验方法研究了砂带深磨过程中磨削区的热分布变化规律。结果表明砂带磨削深磨加工具有较低的磨削温度,且磨削高温持续时间较长,其分布大致呈钝倒三角状。 Deep belt grinding is an efficiency cutting method, but it's easily to result high grinding temperature. The temperature variation during the grinding temperature is key factor aftcting the product quality. The thermal distribution in the grinding district is studied by experiment. The result shows that deep belt grinding has low temperature, and the thermal distribution is similar to obtuse triangular.
