摘要
通过对威布尔分布中位置参数的假定,用最小二乘法对形状参数及刻度参数进行参数估计,推导得出参数估计的计算公式,并针对某起重机系列主梁可靠性进行了模拟计算,得到斜率估计、特征寿命估计及失效率的值,并对失效概率进行了置信检验。
The formula of parameters estimation is deduced by using the method of least squares to estimating the paramelers of shape and graduation, according to the assumption of Welbull distribution in positional parameters. The, simulation calculation is carried out for tile reliability of a crane＇s main beam, the value of slope estimalion. characteristic life estimation and failure rate are obtained. The confidence test on failure probability is carried out.
