摘要
电梯作为特种机电提升设备,在方便人们日常生活时也带来了乘坐和使用电梯的安全风险。常规的电梯定期和监督检验核实了电梯的基本安全状态,但是某种程度上无法综合预估被检电梯的安全隐患严重程度。基于风险评估的基本理论和流程,考虑电梯规格、制造、安装、维保、使用、检验、使用环境等全方面危险因素,搭建了在用电梯的风险评价专家系统权重模型,模糊定量地给出了评价整个电梯安全隐患严重程度的风险计算方法,并给出了评估案例。该方法方便了在用电梯的综合安全风险评估,为提高电梯的安全性能提供了方向。
Elevator as one of special equipment for lifting things makes our life easier, but it also accompanies with some risks for its users. Regular and compulsory inspections of elevator to some extent reduce the risk of elevator, but the residual risk is still remained. This paper proposed an risk assessment method focusing on all the subjective and objective factors such as the design, manufacture, installation, maintenance, use, inspection elements. A risk assessment model is built and an example is given to illustrate the risk assessment procedure.
