摘要 在SolidWorks软件中建立井字型和米字型两种底板结构的液压压力矫直机主机机体的三维实体模型。结合矫直机主机机体与地基之间的固定方式,建立矫直机主机机体、地脚螺栓与混凝土地基之间的装配体模型。用ANSYSWorkbench建立了其有限元分析模型,对矫直过程中的应力和总变形分布进行了计算。结果表明,米字型底板结构的主机机体具有更好的强度和刚度,结构更为合理。 The 3D model of the #-shaped and *-shaped base plate structure of the hydraulic pressure straightening machine host frame was established by using SoiidWorks software. Combined with. fixed way between the host frame and tile foundation, assembly model consisting of the pressure straightening machine host frame, anchor bolts and the concrete foundation was constructed. The finite element analysis model of the assembly was then established by ANSYS Workbench. Tire stress and the total deformation distribution in straightening process was calculated. The results show thal the *-shaped base plate structure host frame has better strength and stiffness, the structure is more reasonable.
