摘要
介绍了柔性生产线布置方案的规划过程,论述了以小型箱体零件为加工对象的混流加工工艺的设计过程,针对该类零件的结构特征,设计了专用工艺装备作为混流成线加工过程中使用的随行夹具。
A layout of FMS is presented. The design of the machining technology for manufacturing small size boxes on tile hybrid line is discussed. According to the structure of work-piece, a group of milling fixture is designed as pallels of the hybrid line.
