摘要
圆柱状一次锂电池的注液机是原生产CR123A电池注液机改造后的设备,由于两种电池的注液量不同,电解液的成分与物理性质也不相同,导致在生产过程中抽真空注电解液机构注液量不稳,电解液被真空泵吸入过滤装置,电解液消耗量大,造成电解液无谓的浪费,增加了电池的原材料成本。基于此,通过研究注液机构的工作原理,分析注液量不稳定及电解液被真空泵吸入的原因,提出合理改进建议,解决注液量不稳及电解液被真空泵吸入过滤装置的问题。
The electrolyte injecting machine of primary lithium cylinder battery was originally designed for CRI23A lithium battery. Because these two kinds of electrolyte capaeity are difterent, and the electrolyte's component and physical characteristics are different too, which cause the instability of electrolyte's capacity when the vacuum pumping electrolyte injection is working. The electrolyte is suetioned by the vacuum pump and the electrolyte's losing is much which cause more waste of the electrolyte and more cost. Based on this, the working theory of electrolyte injecting device is expounded, the reason of electrolyte capacity's instability and the reason that electrolyte is suetioned by the vacuum pump are analyzed. It also give a solution to improve the machine's performance, make the electrolyte's capacity more stable and the suction better when the electrolyte is pumped into the filter device,
