摘要
观察了心力衰竭患者 QT离散度 (QTd)的变化。其中心力衰竭患者 49例 ,正常对照组 43例。结果表明心力衰竭患者 QTd、QTcd均明显高于对照组 (P<0 .0 1) ,尤其以心力衰竭死亡组增加更明显。心力衰竭死亡组 QTd均值为 6 8.33,提示
To investigated the change of QT dispersion(QTd)of 49 patients with congestive heart failure (CHF)and 42 cases in controls.It was found that QTd and QTcd of patients with CHF was longer than that in controls(P<0.01),especially in the group of death for CHF.It indicated that the increase of QTd in patients with CHF was an important danger mark.
