针对一起轮箍崩箍事件,分析研究轮箍内部危害性缺陷的发展机理,找出造成轮箍崩断的直接原因,并根据现场情况对轮毂探伤进行了多种方法的比较,选择出最有效的方法,确保机车走行部的安全。
Aiming at an event of tyre crack,the paper analyzes the development mechanisms of the inner tyre defect,and finds the cause of its crack.After the comparation of several methods of tyre flow detection,the most effective one is chosen to ensure the safety of locomotive bogie.
