摘要
针对宝钢运用的BB65t型液力传动无线遥控机车在离合器换向工作过程中产生的瞬间油压波动峰值超出工作系统最大允许值的问题进行了原因分析,并根据离合器升压阀的结构特点提出了相应的改进措施,实现了离合器液压回路的平稳工作。
Aiming at the problem of BB65t wireless remote control locomotive clutch in reversing work appearing that the peak of oil pressure fluctuation exceed the permissible maximum value,the paper analyzes the problem and propose improvement measures according to the structural features of clutch's back-up valve,realizing the steady operation of clutch.
