摘要
[目的]分析榆科植物榆树茎皮的化学成分.[方法]采用各种柱层析和重结晶等方法进行分离纯化,根据核磁共振谱数据鉴定化合物化学结构.[结果]从榆树茎皮的乙酸乙酯萃取物中分离得到5个化合物,经过波谱学方法分别鉴定为马斯里酸(Ⅰ)、委陵菜酸(Ⅱ)、柚皮素(Ⅲ)、儿茶素(Ⅳ)和儿茶素-7-O-β-呋喃芹菜糖苷(Ⅴ).[结论]委陵菜酸(Ⅱ)和柚皮素(Ⅲ)是首次从该植物中分离得到.
OBJECTIVE toMETHODS Compounds were isolated and purified by using various column chromatography and recrystallization, and its chemical structures were identified by nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) spectral data. RESULTS Five compounds were isolated from the ethyl acetate extract in the stem bark of and identified as maslinic acid ( I ), tormentic acid ( Ⅱ ), naringenin ( ll[ ), catechin (IV) and catechin-7- O-β-apiofuranoside ( Ⅱ ). CONCLUSION The tormentic acid ( Ⅱ ) and naringenin (Ⅲ ) are obtained from the stem bark of Ulmus pumile L. for the first time.
