路边青化学成分的研究

Study the chemical constituents of Geum aleppicum Jacq.

[目的]研究路边青的化学成分.[方法]利用各种色谱分离技术进行分离和纯化,并从化合物的理化性质及波谱数据进行结构鉴定.[结果]分离得到5个化合物,分别为山奈酚3-O-β-D-(6-O-P-桂皮酰)葡萄糖苷(Ⅰ)、5-羟甲基糠醛(Ⅱ)、2α,3β-二羟基乌苏-12-烯-28-酸(Ⅲ)、β-谷甾醇(Ⅳ)及乌苏酸(Ⅴ).[结论]化合物Ⅰ和Ⅱ为首次从路边青中分离得到.

OBJECTIVE To study the chemical constituents of Geum aleppicum Jacq.. METHODS Compounds isolated by various column chromatography, and chemical structures of the isolated compounds were determined by their physicochemical and spectral data. RESULTS Five compounds were identified as kaempferol-3-O-13-D-（6-p-coumaroyl ）-glucopyranoside （ Ⅰ ）, 5-hydroxymethyl furfural （ Ⅱ ）, 2a, 3β-dihydroxyurs-12-en-28-oic acid （ Ⅱ ）, β-sitosterol （IV） and ursolic acid （ V ）.
