1483名中学生生活事件与亚健康关系的流行病学分析

Epidemiological analysis of relation between life events and sub-health in 1483 of middle school students

[目的]分析中学生生活事件和亚健康现状,明确相关关系,为制定中学生亚健康预防策略提供依据.[方法]采用青少年生活事件多维评定问卷、青少年亚健康多维评定问卷对1 483名中学生进行问卷调查.[结果]中学生生活事件高分检出率为29.90%,各维度高分组检出率由高到低依次为健康成长、家庭生活、学校生活、同伴关系、恋爱与性;中学生亚健康高分检出率为4.20%,其中躯体亚健康高分检出率为12.30%,心理亚健康高分检出率为8.20%.影响中学生生活事件的变量有性别、年龄、居住地、父亲学历、留守时间、人际关系(亲子、师生、同伴)、学习成绩;影响中学生亚健康的变量包括性别、年龄、居住地、父亲学历、人际关系和学习成绩.中学生生活事件与亚健康及其各维度呈显著正相关(P<0.01).[结论]中学生亚健康水平受面临的生活事件的影响,故应着力培养中学生应对来自各种生活事件及其压力的能力.

OBJECTIVE To analyze the situation and relation between life events and sub-health in middle school students to provide the scientific basis for making the prevention strategy for sub-health of middle school students. METHODS 1 483 of middle school students were performed the questionnaire survey with the multidimensional life events rating questionnaire and the multidimensional sub-health questionnaire of adolescents. RESULTS The detection rate of high score for life events was 29.9 %, and detection rate from high to low score in each dimension high score groups in turn was healthy growth, family life, school life, peer relationship, love and sex. The detection rate of high score for sub-health was 4.20%, in which for the body sub-health was 12.30% and for the psychological sub-health was 8.20%. The variables of affecting middle school student＇s life events were the gender, age, place of residence, father degree, staying time, interpersonal relationship （parent-child, teachers and students, companion） and academic record, and the variables of affecting middle school student＇s sub-health included the gender, age, place of residence, father education, interpersonal relationship and academic record. The middle school student＇s life events, sub-health and their each dimension were significantly positive relation （P〈0.01）. CONCLUSION The middle school student＇s sub-health level is influenced by the facing life events, therefore, the ability to deal with all kinds of life events and its stress should be cultivated in the middle school students.
