摘要 目的开发一套基于HIS的临床抗菌药物监测管理平台,实时动态监测医院抗菌药物使用情况并提出预警。方法基于HIS已有数据库和网络架构,采用PowerBuilder开发工具,C/S架构设计,根据卫生部抗菌药物管理相关要求,自动计算产生抗菌药物临床应用相关指标与数据,分析相关指标并提出预警。结果软件平台根据相应指标要求,从医生、科室和全院3个层面产生门诊、住院、全院汇总及单病种抗菌药物使用情况数据,并对异常情况提出警示。结论软件平台具有快速安全、简便实用的特点,实践应用中能实时产生抗菌药物使用中的多种参数,极大地方便了抗菌药物监管,保证管理人员能及时处理不规范用药,利于临床及时整改,实现了安全合理用药。 Objective To develop a clinical antibiotic monitoring and managing platform based on HIS in order to moni- tor the application of antibiotic on a real time basis and raise alerts when applicable. Methods Parameters and data on clinical application of antibiotics are automatically generated by utilization of PowerBuilder and C/S structure design based on existing HIS data base and system structure according to the Department of Health's guidance on antibiotics. The parameters are then analyzed and alerts are raised accordingly. Results The software platform raises alerts on abnormal conditions based on clinical, in-hos- pital and summary data generated from three levels, i.e. doctor, department and hospital, according to relevant requirements. Conclusion The software is fast and user-friendly, can generate multiple parameters from application of antibiotic in practical use, which makes the monitoring of antibiotics more convenient. It helps doctors to correct inappropriate application of antibiotics immediately and thus ensure safety in application of medicine.
