床位利用指数分布图在评价床位工作效率中的应用

Application of distribution of sickbed utilization index in evaluating efficiency of sickbed

目的分析医院床位的使用效率，为医院整体调控床位提供科学依据。方法采用床位利用指数分布图，通过Excel软件来评价床位工作效率。结果“床位效率型科室”有消化科、消化内镜科、呼吸科、内分泌科等18个科室；“床位周转型科室”有心内科、耳鼻喉科2个科室；“床位压床型科室”有肾内科、血液科、神经内科等7个科室；“床位闲置型科室”有健康中心、心外科、眼科3个科室。结论床位利用指数分布图综合利用了床位使用率和床位周转次数2个指标，能全面、科学地反映床位工作效率，有助于管理者做出决策。

Objective To analyze the use efficiency of sickbed, and to provide scientific basis for regulation and control of hospital sickbed. Methods Distribution of sickbed utilization index was used to evaluate the use efficiency of sickbed by EX- CEL software. Results Sickbed efficiency-based departments included 18 departments, such as gastroenterology, digestive en- t doscopy, respiratory medicine, endocrinology and so on. Sickbed transition-based departments included cardiac medicine, Oto- laryngology. Sickbed press-based departments included 7 departments, such as nephrology, hematology, neurology and so on. Sickbed idle-based departments included health center, cardiac surgery and ophthalmology. Conclusion The distribution of sickbed utilization index which combines the information of sickbed occupancy rate and sickbed turnover, can comprehensively and scientifically reflect the efficiency of sickbed and can help managers make decisions.
