综合评价方法在医疗服务质量评价中的应用

Application of comprehensive evaluation method in the evaluation of medical service quality

目的运用3种评价方法对某三级医院近5年的医疗服务质量进行分析与评价，为医院的发展提供参考，并比较3种综合评价方法之间的异同。方法采用综合指数法、秩和比法和TOPSIS法进行评价。结果综合指数法得出医院近5年工作强度、212作效率、治疗质量、诊断质量和总的医疗服务质量不断提高。秩和比法把医院的医疗服务质量分为三档，2007年为下档，2008、2009和2010年为中档，2011年为上档。TOPSIS法排序可以看出医院近5年医疗服务质量逐年提高。医院近5年总的医疗服务质量是逐年提高的，工作强度和工作效率的提高非常明显，而治疗质量和诊断质量提升较小并有一些波动。结论综合指数法、秩和比法和TOPSIS法结合在一起，不仅弥补了综合指数法和TOPSIS不能进行分档的缺陷，而且也使RSR法编秩过程中可能丧失信息的缺点得到了弥补，起到了优势互补的作用。在医疗服务质量的综合评价中，可以尝试运用综合指数法、秩和比法和TOPSIS法等多种方法从不同角度得出更加全面、准确、客观的结论。

Objective Using three evaluation methods to analyse and evaluate medical services quality for the past five years in a tertiary hospital, providing a reference for the development of the hospital, comparing the similarities and differences of the three comprehensive evaluation methods. Methods Evaluating medical services quality using composite index method, RSR method and TOPSIS method. Results Work intensity, efficiency, quality of care, diagnostic quality and overall medical service quality continuously improve for the past five years from the composite index method. Medical services quality can be divided into three grades using RSR method, 2007 is the third grade, 2008, 2009 and 2010 is the second grade, 2011 is the first grade. Sor- ting of TOPSIS method obtain the medical services quality for the past five years continuously improves. The advancement of work intensity and work efficiency is very obvious, however care quality and diagnosis quality have small changes and fluctuations. Conclusion Composite index method, RSR Method and TOPSIS method together not only can make up that the composite index method and TOPSIS method cannot be divided into different grades, but also can make up the information that may be lost in the ranking process of the RSR method, playing the complementary role. In the comprehensive evaluation of medical services quality, we can try to use a variety of methods of a comprehensive index, RSR method and TOPSIS method to obtain a more comprehen- sive and accurate, objective conclusions drawn from a different angle.
