股动脉加压灌注疏血通治疗缺血性糖尿病足临床研究

Clinical observation of "Shuxuetong Injection" for ischemic diabetic foot by pressure perfusion in femoral artery

目的观察股动脉加压灌注疏血通治疗缺血性糖尿病足的临床疗效。方法将150例缺血性糖尿病足患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组75例。两组均采用常规治疗措施,治疗组同时予股动脉加压灌注疏血通注射液,对照组予疏血通注射液静脉滴注。两组疗程均为21天,观察临床疗效。结果治疗组、对照组总有效率分别为90.7%、74.7%;组间临床疗效比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者在治疗过程中均未出现药物副作用以及相关技术并发症。结论股动脉加压灌注疏血通注射液用于治疗缺血性糖尿病足效果确切。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of ＂ Shuxuetong Injection＂ in treating ischemic diabetic foot by pressure perfusion in femoral artery. Methods One-hundred and fifty cases with ischemic diabetic foot were randomized into treatment group and control group, seventy-five cases in each group. Both of the groups were treated by routine treatment, treatment group was added with ＂Shuxuetong Injection＂ by pressure perfusion in femoral artery and control group was added with ＂Shuxuetong Injection＂ by intravenous drip, with the course of 21 days. The clinical efficacy was observed. Results The overall effective rate was 90.7% in the treatment group and 74.7% in the control group, with a difference between the two groups（ P 〈0.05 ）. No side effects or complications were found in both of the groups. Conclusion ＂Shuxuetong Injection＂ by pressure perfusion in femoral artery is effective for the treatment of ischemic diabetic foot, and it is deserve to be popularized in clinics.
