温通针法治疗原发性痛经临床观察

Observation on warming and freeing method in treating primary dysmenorrhea

目的观察温通针法治疗原发性痛经的临床疗效。方法将90例原发性痛经患者按就诊先后顺序随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组45例,分别给予温通针法和常规针法,疗程为3个月经周期;观察临床疗效及治疗前、治疗结束时和治疗结束3个月时痛经程度积分。结果共有86例病例完成试验研究(治疗组44例,对照组42例)。治疗结束时治疗组、对照组临床总有效率分别为90.9%、83.3%;治疗结束3个月时治疗组、对照组临床总有效率分别为88.5%、78.6%;组间同期临床疗效比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后痛经程度积分较治疗前有明显减少(P<0.01),且治疗组痛经积分减少辐度大于对照组(P<0.01);治疗结束3个月时,治疗组痛经积分低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论温通针法治疗原发性痛经疗效确切,疗效优于常规针刺。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of warming and freeing method in treating primary dysmenorrhea. Methods Ninety cases were randomized into two groups： treatment group was treated by warming and freeing method, and control group was treated by routine method, with the course of 3 months. The clinical efficacy and pain scores were measured. Results Eighty-six cases finished this test （44 cases in treatment group, 42 cases in control group）. The pain score in both of the groups were markedly improved between before and after treatment （ P 〈0.01 ）, and pain score in treatment group was better than that of the control group （ P 〈 0.01 ） ; follow-up visit at the 3rd month, the pain score in treatment group was better than that of the control group （ P 〈 0.01 ）. After treatment or follow-up visit, the effective rate of the treatment group was better than that of the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Warming and freeing method has a better effect than routine method for the treatment of primary dysmenorrheal.
