肘关节“恐怖三联征”手术治疗分析

摘要 肘关节后脱位合并桡骨头和冠状突骨折时，肘关节的稳定结构被破坏，给治疗带来困难，也常导致肘关节复位不稳定、肘关节僵硬以及创伤后肘关节炎等多种并发症发生。
