HC视频喉镜对老年患者全麻气管插管应激反应的影响 被引量：6

摘要 气管插管是全麻中强烈的有害刺激之一，可引起严重的应激反应。老年患者由于特殊的病理生理变化，在气管插管时生命体征更容易产生剧烈波动，甚至发生心脑血管意外。有研究报道，采用视频喉镜进行气管插管可降低操作难度，减轻气道刺激。
