肋骨肋软骨移植与带蒂颞筋膜瓣在颞下颌关节强直治疗中的应用

摘要 颞下颌关节强直是指颞下颌关节和关节周围及颌间部位，由于纤维疤痕或骨性粘连，致使下颌骨运动障碍或下颌骨不能运动；一般分为分为关节内强直和关节外强直。颞下颌关节强直主要表现为患者开口受限或完全不能开口，严重影响患者咀嚼、吞咽、语音等生理功能。如果发生在儿童时期，还可造成成年后颌面发育畸形、咬合关系紊乱和睡眠呼吸暂停综合征。
