摘要
光声光热技术引起国际科技界高度重视,已广泛应用于科学研究、高新科技和工业生产等领域。我国自上世纪70年代末、80年代初开展光声和光热学研究,至今已有许多科研单位从事包括光声光热谱、光声热波成像、光声光热检测技术、激光超声等方面研究与应用探索,用以表征材料的各种特性,并取得引人瞩目的成就。本文就我国在以上几个方面的主要技术工作进展给出简单的综述与回顾。
Photoacoustic (PA) and photothermal (PT) technique has attracted great attention worldwide and also has been widely applied to scientific investigation, advanced technique and industrial manufacturing. The PA and PT studies have been developed in China since the end of 70's and/or the early of 80's in the last century. Until now, the studies on PA and PT spectroscopies, PA and thermal wave imaging, laser ultrasonics, as well as characterizations of materials have been carried out, and some outstanding achievements have been obtained. This paper gives a brief introduction and review on the progress in these techniques described above.
