摘要
高等教育发展进入大众化阶段,高等教育学历贬值的问题日益凸显,相应的引发了一系列的教育和社会问题。目的:探讨学历贬值对当前高校学生认知和行为的影响,分析学历贬值的成因,并尝试性的提出应对的建议和对策。方法:通过问卷调查和内隐联想测验对139名大学生被试进行调查研究。结果:被试在外显态度上接受了当前学历正存在的贬值现象,而内隐联想测验显示被试对于学历价值的内隐态度倾向积极的评价。结论:大学生被试对"学历贬值"的外显态度和内隐态度出现了结构性分离。
with higher education of China entering into the period of the popularization,the phenomenon of diploma depreciation has been more prominent day by day,triggering a series of educational and social problems.The objective is to probe the impact of diploma depreciation on the cognition and behavior of college students,analyze the cause of the diploma depreciation,and then bring forward the suggestions and solutions.Method: investigate 139 college students using questionnaire and implicit association test.Result: The subjects accepted the phenomenon of diploma depreciation in explicit attitude,but it shows that they had positive evaluation of diploma in implicit association test.Conclusion: The subjects presented structural separation on diploma depreciation explicitly and implicitly.
