军校研究生时间管理倾向研究

A Research on the Time Management Disposition of Military Postgraduates

本研究采用时间管理倾向(TMD)问卷对某军校140名研究生学员进行测试。结果表明,军校研究生的时间管理倾向及其各维度在生源类别、角色类别(是否骨干)及是否跨专业及上均无显著差别,但在时间价值感及时间监控感上,低年级学员明显好于高年级学员,在时间价值感上,女生显著好于男生。针对这一结果,建议在军校教育和管理中,加强对研究生时间管理能力的培养。

Using the Adolescence Time Management Disposition （TMD）Scale, we tested 140 military post- graduates. The results suggested that the time management dispositions of military postgraduates showed no significant difference in origins, majors and roles. However, in time value, the development of female students were more than that of male students. In time value and time control, students of junior grades were better than those of senior grades. Basing on above-mentioned conclusions, we think that during the process of teaching and management in military academies we should help students to cultivate their time management capacity.
