摘要
采用自编问卷对长三角地区145名教师进行调查,并将其职业价值观与实现情况进行对比,结果表明:教师现实工作情况不能满足教师的职业价值需求,教师的职业价值观理想与现实的差距无论是在总体上还是在一般精神价值、特有精神价值、物质价值等各个方面都存在极其显著的差异。
Using the self-made questionnaire to investigat about 145 teachers those who from Yangtze River Delta.We compared the the ideal and the reality about occupational values.The results show that,the real work situation can not satify teacher's demand of occupational values;the difference between the ideal and the reality about teacher's occupational values is extremely significant whether in the mass,General spiritual value,Unique spiritual value or material value.
